This page explains, plainly, what happens to the information you give us when you write to us through this website.
What we collect
This website collects personal information in one place only: the contact form. If you use it, we receive the name, email address and message you type in.
We do not use cookies, analytics or any other tracking on this site, and no information is collected anywhere else on it.
Why we collect it
Solely to read and reply to your enquiry. Submitting the form is how you ask us to process that information for this purpose, under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
Where it goes
Your message is delivered to us by email through our own web host's mail system — no outside company handles it. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone else, and we do not use it for marketing unless you separately ask us to.
How long we keep it
For as long as is reasonably needed to respond to your enquiry and, where a project follows from it, to maintain that working relationship. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
Under POPIA, you can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@mamphegophashastudios.co.za and we will act on it personally.
